• Your pricing includes, wherever possible, an institutional discount which excludes VAT.
• Institutional customers have an initial credit limit of £30,000 with net payment terms of 30 days.
• We accept orders by fax, email, phone or post
• Keyphoto Ltd reserves the right to charge an administration fee for orders received under £100 excluding Vat.
• All prices quoted exclude Vat at the prevailing rate (currently 20%).
• Supplies from Keyphoto Ltd remain the company's property until payments have been received in full.
• Goods are supplied on an Ex-warehouse, Harpenden basis.
• A courier insurance to the value of £12/kg gives a basic cover for loss or damage.
• Optional insurance, at the buyer's request is available at a cost of 1% per consignment value.
• All goods carry the manufacturers' warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Standard Delivery Charge on all orders is £8.75 excluding Vat.
• Customers will only ever receive one delivery charge per order. If there is a back order situation, i.e. when certain products are unavailable from a supplier, there will be no additional carriage charge when the outstanding goods are sent.
• Special Delivery: Separate rates apply on a case-by-case basis
• Delivery is subject to availability
• Shortages or damages must be reported within 7 days.
• Goods can only be returned to Keyphoto Ltd with our prior approval and after receipt of an official returns number.
• A re-stocking fee of 25% may be charged for items returned at the buyer's request. Where suppliers charge a re-stocking fee, this may be passed on to Keyphoto's customers.
• E & OE (Errors and Omissions Excepted) which means we can decline your order if it is based on an obvious error in a quote or on an erroneous price our website
