How to add products to your shopping basket
There are 3 ways of doing this at Keyphoto:
(1) Browse the product range using the categories and subcategories, and click products to add,
(2) Search for products by code or keyword and click the ones you wish to add, using the 'Quick Search' feature in the top menu bar,
(3) Use the 'Quick Add' facility to add your favourite items by typing in a product reference. This feature is located on the shopping basket page.

How to use the Quick Search facility
This tool allows you to quickly find the products you are looking for. You can enter a product code, name, price, manufacturer or just a keyword to search for. If you enter more than one keyword, the search will return products which contain both, eg typing "Kodak paper" will return products which are both Kodak AND paper. If you seperate the keywords with a comma, eg "Kodak, paper", the search will return all products which are either Kodak, OR are paper. The search is not case sensitive.

How to use the checkout
Once you have filled your basket and are happy with the contents, you should follow these steps:
(1) On the basket page, click the red 'Proceed to Checkout' button,
(2) Fill in all the relevant information (boxes with a * after them are compulsory), then click the 'Continue' button,
(3) Read the information on the next page and click the 'Proceed to Payment Page' button, which takes you to our secure Barclaycard page,
(4) Enter your card details as required, and click continue. You will be asked for your name again, for security reasons.
(5) Click through each of the stages on the Barclaycard pages, until you are returned to the Keyphoto site, where a receipt is displayed.
(6) It is strongly recommended that you save or print your receipt, for future reference.

I can't find the product I'm looking for, can you get it for me?
We stock over 30,000 product lines, but not all of them are shown on our web site. If you contact us there is a good chance we will be able to supply what you are looking for.

I was hoping for student discount, where is it?
There is student discount incorporated into all the prices you see. You will find huge savings on our products over our high street competitors.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices shown on the Keyphoto Web site include VAT at 17.5%

How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following cards for online payment: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, JCB.

How secure is the payment process?
Incredibly secure. We have a Barclaycard payment service to manage our transactions, which uses 128 bit SSL encryption, the highest standard available. It is an automated process, so your card details are not stored on our system or handled by any humans.

Will my money transfer immediately?
No. Your card details will be immediately validated and verified, but the transfer of funds will not take place until the goods are shipped.

How quickly will i receive my order?
We have a next day delivery policy. This is however subject to product availability, and successful authorisation from your credit/debit card provider. If there is a problem which delays the despatch of your goods, you will be contacted with a new date. Orders must also be placed before 13:00 Monday to Thursday to ensure next day delivery. We do not despatch orders at weekends.

What about delivery charges?
Because we use couriers to despatch your goods, a small carriage charge is added to orders under £50. The amount we charge becomes less as you spend more, so stock up on those consumables!

How does the price promise work?
We guarantee that our prices are the lowest you will find for these products in the UK. If you can prove us wrong, we will match the price you have found. We provide a form for the submission of price match queries.

What is order tracking?
Our order tracking facility allows you to check on the status of an order you have placed with us. For example you can discover whether your goods have been dispatched.
