The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

These terms and conditions tell you the rights and obligations you have. Please read these terms and conditions. You may have other rights granted by law and these terms and conditions do not affect these.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

If you have any comments about our service or any goods purchased from us, please contact us.

Purchasing from us

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers and other subcontractors). We will not use your details for other purposes without your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the above address.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have received your payment, and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until payment has cleared. We will not initiate a transfer of funds until the goods are ready for despatch.

Either party (Keyphoto or the customer) has the right to cancel the contract of sale. You should contact Keyphoto immeditely if you wish to cancel the contract. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you discover that you have made a mistake in your order please contact us immediately.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Current prices and offers supersede all previous prices and offers. We reserve the right to increase prices in line with manufacturers’ price increases. Errors and ommissions excepted. VAT is included in all prices at a rate of 17.5%. Carriage charges to UK addresses are calculated based on order value. Keyphoto reserves the right to charge additional fees for overseas shipments after consultation with the customer.

All goods carry manufacturers’ warranty. This does not affect statutory rights.

Delivery

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date or time. Delivery time targets are subject to change for products which are out of stock. We may also deliver the goods in more than one consignment but will not charge any extra for this. Please note that next day delivery is subject to placement of the order before 13:00, Monday to Thursday; we do not despatch at weekends. If you have not received your goods when expected, you may contact us.

Keyphoto strives to meet its delivery commitments to you. Unfortunately if an item is out of stock the delivery time will be affected. If you have paid for next-day delivery and we are unable to meet that we will automatically change your carriage charge to the 3-day value.

Damaged or defective goods

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage or defects. If you find a defect or damage, you must inform us immediately and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer. If the goods are found to be damaged or defective prior to delivery to you, we will at our option repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you. Goods can only be returned to Keyphoto with our prior approval.

Other returns

Should you wish to return goods which are not damaged or defective within 7 days of receipt, you should call Keyphoto to arrange this. We will refund you in full within 30 days, although carriage cannot be refunded, and you may be liable for the cost of return.

We advise you to print and keep safe a copy of these terms and conditions.
